Join us for a webinar session specifically designed for rural health centers looking to learn more about the various avenues of financing available for capital projects, including USDA, New Markets Tax Credits, and the HRSA Loan Guarantee Program. We will highlight a recent case study of a rural health center that has successfully completed a capital development project in order to provide insight into the facility expansion process. We will also be joined by staff from a rural health center who will share their experiences with planning, financing, and completing a capital project.

This webinar session will share lender and health center perspectives and experiences with the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA’s) Health Center Facility Loan Guarantee Program (LGP). Guest speakers from our lending affiliate Community Health Center Capital Fund will discuss the HRSA LGP from the perspective of a lender. CFO’s from two different health centers that have recently closed capital project financings that included HRSA loan guarantees will provide insight into their experiences with this invaluable source of financing for their capital projects.
