Who We Are
Capital Link is a long-standing Health Resources and Services Administration
(HRSA) National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP) with experience serving
health centers, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), and Health Center
Controlled Networks (HCCNs).
We provide training, technical assistance, strategic advisory support, and
practical resources through the Health Center Clearinghouse that strengthen
operational performance, organizational capacity, financial sustainability, and
infrastructure readiness. Within the current three-year project period, Capital
Link has reached over 5,000 participants through national webinars, trainings,
conferences, and direct assistance
