Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) and Capital Link are launching a third year of the Capital Expansion for Health and Housing Partnerships learning collaborative for health centers interested in expanding their health services in collaboration with housing facilities. Health and housing facility partnerships are aimed at addressing gaps in a community’s housing and health infrastructure and provide opportunities to advance health centers’ engagement in social determinants of health.

The Capital Expansion for Health and Housing Partnerships Learning Collaborative explores the benefits of co-locating health center and housing facilities, relationship building with housing providers, capital planning for coordinated facility expansions, assessing market needs, leveraging resources, and more. Through a series of webinars and virtual discussions, facilitated by CSH and Capital Link from January through March 2020, the Collaborative will serve as a forum for a peer group of health centers to exchange expertise and solutions to challenges. This learning collaborative is sponsored by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and is offered at no cost to health centers.

CSH and Capital Link will accept applications beginning in November 2019 with the goal of enrolling 10-15 health center teams. Three individuals per organization is recommended, including staff with executive, clinical, and outreach/enabling service responsibilities. Additional staff and partners can join sessions depending on the specific topic area. All interested organizations must:

  1. Complete and submit the application by Tuesday, December 17, 2019
